I had the exact same experience as the previous reviewer. I just ordered a new cord for my new MacBook Pro (a puppy chewed the original!). When I ordered it from Buy.com it looked just like my original, I placed the order and received a confirmation of the purchase from the site. When it arrived it looked different from the photo and the original and was too short. I contacted them and was told that they were simply the "middleman" and I had to contact the actual supplier and learn their return policy. I had paid a shipping fee and may not recoup my return shipping fee. Stay away from this company. I contacted the company that sent me the cord and they supplied me with a return number, but I have no sense of what will ulitimately happen once the cord is returned. When I looked on the site of the supplier (after the fact) the cord looked like the one that was sent and very different from the one shown on Buy.com. A bit deceptive, would you not say? Be very cautious if you do business with these people since they take no responsibility.I will report this transaction to Amazon.com since I had the payment go through them.
