Users beware! I returned a rented book in excellent condition after minimal use. Was guaranteed $86 back after paying $144 for "rental." Received an email saying book was returned in unusable condition, so I had to forfeit the money I was guaranteed. Customer service reps were not helpful in resolving what was obviously an error on their part or an outright scam to keep the book AND the money. They would not return the book. Emails remain unanswered. Extremely disappointed!
