Another bad review for Homecenter.com. This is the most unresponsive online company I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. They will absolutely lure you in with cheap pricing on good quality stuff. The bottom line is, they will lie to you to get your money and then string you along for weeks. If you purchase something from them, you will receive an email with a confirmation number, then an email stating that "one of our representatives has set the following ship date(s)." These dates are meaningless. You will never receive a tracking number for your shipment, so you have no way of knowing when or if it's coming your way. Our experience was that after 6 weeks of waiting and being put off when the company did finally respond with a form letter saying yet again that the nebulous representative had set shipping date(s), we informed the company that we were cancelling our order. We then ordered products from another online vendor, because we are building a home and we have to have items ready for our builder when he needs them. Within four days, we found the items on our doorstep along with the order we had just made with another company! We will have to pay to return 100 pounds of Homecenter boxes, and we did everything we could to communicate with this company. Beware of Homecenter.com, pay a little more and use someone reputable.
