A great Internet seller has three tools to rise above the pack: 1. Fast delivery, 2. Good product selection and accurate filling of the order and 3. Customer service and, as necessary, problem solving. We tried CompuVest this week. Ordered a Logitech Mouse. We got LATE delivery, the WRONG mouse and NO customer service. Upper management would not even take our call! Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.
