We ordered a Frigidaire single wall electric Gallery oven (FGEW2745KB) from AJ Madison on 3/30/11. The salesperson was Mr. JG. The price was $804.52 (including $75 shipping). Mr. JG told us that there was an additional $50 discount, making the final price $754.52. We did not ask him about this additional $50, thinking that it would come in the mail or with the shipping. we paid $804.52 with a credit card on the spot.
The product came in lightening speed: in the following day! Great. But no $50 in sight?
We followed up with Mr. JG via several phone calls and via e-mails to trace down the $50. No response whatsoever, even after we left a message for Mr. JG via the customer service. We then e-mailed AJ Madison about our complaint and our dissatisfaction of being completely ignored since the oven sale... NO RESPONSE, EITHER!! BOTH MR JG and AJ MADISON disappeared from this earth after the oven sale without a trace!!! Wow, what a treatment for loyal customers who paid in full!!!
Stay away from this outfit if you still want some respect!!!
How can a company provide such a good service in shipping/delivery but has such poor/rude customer service?? The only reason is that the company itself is rewarding their CSRs/salespersons only on amount of sales completed; ther is no after-sale services at all. That is a really cold company that every human beings should stay away forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All we expect was a courteous phone call from Mr. JG and either inform us how th get the additional $50 or apologize that an error was made (no such rebate) to close the case. Wasthat too difficult for Mr. JG and AJ Madison????
