Refuse to cancel order

Their prices are sometimes ok, but their customer service is by far the worst ever. I was placing an order in the evening, the next morning when looking over the invoice I noticed I got the wrong part. I immediatly contacted them to cancel the order. (Their site says you can cancel an order within 24 hours) This was maybe 8 hours later. They said I could not cancel my order. My item had not shipped yet, but they could not cancel it. Only after filing a paypal dispute did they supposedly try to contact the warehouse to cancel it. The third day after placing the order, and every day calling to cancel it, they send me a tracking number. The item still had not left their facility.
I will note the charge a 10% restocking fee. This is why they "can't" cancel the order, they are missing out on free money.
I will never shop with them or any other JC Whitney affliated store.
