We do not have a wireless service from Verizon and the reason is because we had ( I did say HAD) them for our home phone service. When we signed up with them, we were told we would get the big package (call waiting, forwarding etc) free for 3 months. When the first bill came we were charged for these features. Well I for one refuse to pay it. I now have a Cricket phone where I can call anywhere I usually do for one low price a month. Let Verizon stick it to someone else, because it will not be me.
