It was a pleasure working with Quicken Loans. Adam Orley took great care to see that i understood everything i needed to know in regards to my refinance and was happy to answer any questions i had.  Even those I asked over and over again!!  My first mortgage was such a hassle that I was a little weary and wanted to make absolute sure I understood all I needed to know!! I got my rate lowered by 1.5% which was GREAT and I didnt have to hassle with a new appraisal which was a relief.  Not really knowing if my property had gained equity or lost it was a real hinderance to me and Quicken Loans was the ONLY COMPANY that gave me that option.  From day one nothing changed!  I was given an outline of what they could do for me and that is EXACTLY what I got.  The were up front with me about all matters and notified me immediately with any questions or concerns.  It was nice working witht the same loan consultant through the entire refi also!!  Any time I had to leave a message on voice mail, my call was returned promptly.  I'm talking like same day call backs.  Even to the point where Adam checked his messages while at home and returned calls from there which shows dedication and excellent customer service which you just dont find too often these days. I never even had to leave my home through the whole process. They sent someone to my house to sign the final docs and complete the closing.  My costs were exactly as discussed!!  There were absolutely NO SURPRISES!!  It was a breeze with Quicken Loans and I closed within a month. I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND this company.  They really were wonderful!!  When your dealing with finance issues it can be sooo stressful and i just had NONE of that!!  I'm quite confident that if i ever get another loan or refinance again that I would be calling Adam back at Quicken Loans.
