You convinced me to write my first epinion response in several months. I used to live in Westminster and work for Qwest. You are correct in that it seems especially difficult to get service transferred from one address to another. My suggestion would be to continue to use the email system for wireless customer service issues. I personally know the former and current leaders of that group and they will staff their groups with knowledgeable reps. You can also send an online request from the customer service link off the wireless page. Pick your wireless carriers after much research! Qwest has a long way to go but you may see that wireless customer service is improving!
