My experience with them was no doubt the WORST I have encountered.

I ordered two 21" monitors, which were described as led type, even in the detail specs. When they arrived they were tube-type monsters and very heavy. The price was a bargain but shipping was around $35.00. I called customer service and told them they sent the wrong ones, and they denied that, so after much calling and emails, I finally got an RMA to return them. I had to pay shipping both ways! Since I had used a bank card, I went to the bank and filed a complaint and got the cost (minus shipping) put back into my account. I couldn't talk to anyone higher than customer service, which always put me on hold - even sent them a letter by mail and it was returned "cannot be delivered" or something like that.
I have bought a lot online, but this is the worst place I have ever used. They are a bunch of LIARS, CROOKS, and more things I won't mention and don't care about their customers, just the $$$ they sell their used, broken junk for. Take my advice and stay away from this store. By the way, I even copied their ad and sent to them, thinking maybe someone could understand it.
