One day I decided to make contact with Quicken loans and I was almost immediately contacted by phone by a Bank loan manager. Once we got through the prelims, I decided to pursue a refinancing of my home.  I asked and was qucky given answers to what I really needed to do and how to proceed. Within seven days I was contacted by the Appraisers office for what I needed and other actions I needed to make.  A day or two later I was called by an inspector to set up for the inspection.  Once the inspector and the Appraiser was finished making their examinations, I knew what I had to do to complete the process and be haded for the actual refinancing of my home.Within two weeks I was sitting down and going through the process of closing on my refinancing and waiting for the proceeds I had requested.  It took only five days and I received the money in the mail of which I took to my bank and deposited to my account.  Since then I have been able to do upgrades to my house for possible future sale.  I still have more upgrades to do and I owe it all to Quicken Loans for where I am today with making my financial life easier.
