Let me start off by saying that I have placed multiple orders with this company, and so far have been quite pleased with their prices, services, etc.
First off, the prices are great, nowhere else on the internet can you find so many electronics at such great prices. Although all of these products are refurbished, in my expirience they continue to work fine, and function even after products that my friends bought new have broken. This is because refurbished products have to go through a completes systems check twice, so it is much less likely that anything will get overlooked. Also, many refurbished products have minor cosmetic blemishes, and/or are new, but have to be labeled as refurbished simply because the package has been opened. All of the products are in fine working condition.
Refurbdepot carries a complete line of electronic products; car decks, computers (and accessories), dvd players, television, mp3 players, cd players, the list goes on and on. Basically, if you want something electronic, refurbdepot will have a catergory for it. The menu is quick and easy to use, as all you have to do is click on the catergory that you want to go to, or use the search button to look for a specific brand or key word. The site then lists all the things under this catergory or with the word in their title. It also lists the price they are charging for it, the retail price, how much you save by buying from refurbdepot, and the percent that you saved (most SAVINGS are at least 40%, with them going as high as 70% OR 80%). Needless to say, the products here are DIRTCHEAP, and of high quality.
The first time I ever ordered something from this site, they called me to say that what I had ordered wasn't in stock (despite what was listed on the website) so they offered to sell me two higher level models at the same price! Needless to say, I was extremely pleased, and just two days latter I received my great, high quality but low cost dvd player in the mail. HOWEVER, last time I bought something from them, it took a week and a half for them to deliver it, so apparently the service can be iffy.
Pros: easy to navigate website, dirt cheap prices, high quality brand name products, customer service
Cons: customer service (not open 24 hrs a day), sometimes slow in shipping
Bottom Line: The best place to buy electronics on the web.
