My experience with Quicken Loans was nothing short of wonderful.  From the very first phone call to the closing, Quicken Loans was professional, courteous, efficient and timely.  I had been working with my current lender (one of the "big" banks, who I will not mention) attempting to refinance and was hitting wall after wall.  I left numerous messages and emails and was growing increasingly frustrated.  After almost 3 months, I reached out to Quicken Loans.  I had heard an ad on the radio for Quicken Loans and did a little research.  I was immediately assigned a representative and he was great.  He was readily available, returned my calls within minutes and was so quick to respond to emails.  I was so satisfied with their level of customer service.  Quicken Loans does not make you feel like a number – I felt like a valuable customer (something my former bank never did).  I am SO happy that I made that call.  It was easy to upload the necessary documents – no faxing necessary.  Quicken Loans sets up a personal web site just for you where you can upload, check the status, get contact information, learn more about the steps to closing your loan, etc.  The staff was great about staying on top of things and keeping me in the loop.  We were able to close our loan quickly and saved a good deal in doing so.  Even the notary that Quicken Loans sent to my house to do the closing was great.  He mentioned that every closing that he’s done for Quicken Loans seemed to have very happy customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!  I received a $5 gift card for writing this review, regardless of whether I had a positive or negative experience.
