Okay experience - shipping info could have been better

Ordering online and live chat help was an okay experience. I started my search for deals on my supplements few months ago and after much research chose to order online after visiting this site several times before purchasing. All in all the experience was decent and I received the exact products I wanted at a price that was much lower then I could find anywhere else online. Some of the things I compared when shopping for my products were: -If they offer a discount to first time buyers or for a specific volume order (mine was $80 so I also got free shipping), -What their shipping costs would be, -If you have to join up and pay a fee to buy the products wholesale etc. The supplements and vitamins arrived in excellent shape with bubble wrap packaging even around the cardboard boxes that hed platic bottles and the glass bottles were double wrapped with a heat-sealed plastic air wrap around the initial product , so their shipping and packing methods were quite good. I received an email confirming my order and an account number to allow me access to view my order and track my packages. They shipped one package with several packages by US Postal Service and the other package via UPS standard delivery. Initially my order said it would arrive in 14 days, so I called their customer service and they told me the system automatically defaults to 14 days until a tracking number is listed. When my tracking number appeared on my account I was able to see the actual shipping time and expected arrival date.
