table.MsoNormalTable { line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; } Why in the world would you list something for $1 that you actually sell on your site for $310??? I dislike that, what is the purpose? To trick someone into buying it?
About the company: They are really some kind of Broker that claims to be wholesalers. They are simply passing your orders on to the real sellers who are then impossible to get a hold of if they screwed up your order. I decided on a couple of items and purchased without knowing this is a front for some type of purchasing club. Once I proceeded to the checkout, I noticed that they prompted me to sign up for a club which I declined, however after when I tried to check-out my order I had to check on the box to agree to their terms and conditions. If you don't pay attention to these things while dealing with an internet store you are unfamiliar with you may get completely ripped off. They only want to get their hands into your bank account and take moneywithout you knowing. About my order: Then I got my order and the one less expensive item was missing. I assumed the packer just forgot it and thought Buy.com would help me. But NOoo!!! They said that they would have to have to do an investigation. I explained the box was not tampered with and that there was no way in transit that the box had been opened. I have evidence of this with the security cam in my house showing the package. Still they refused to send me the item ordered while they did this investigation. I was just out the money and the item. I asked to speak to a supervisor but they were too busy and would have to call me back. Which they did not do. I had to file a chargeback to get my money back. Then I finally (2 weeks later) get an email that "sorry your item was out of stock and is now on backorder to be shipped in 10 days. I had to call them to make sure they did not ship this item, or charge my card again. If the item was out of stock they should have told me and not charged me for an item they don't ship. The "great deal" they claim to give you is definitely not worth the hassle you will have to deal with in the future.
