This was the 14th or 15th mortgage loan that my wife and I have requested either as an original purchase or refinance.  I have never experienced such an efficient process as we did through Quicken Loans.  From the primary banker handling our transaction to the very capable support staff I was met with the highest level of competence and thoroughness I have every seen in this industry.
I work for a competing financial institution and our very best clients can't get to closing in less than 2 - 3 times the time frame we experienced.
Our banker was an advisor through this process.  We were not looking for a standard 30 year mortgage re-fi but one that would meet a variety of objectives from minimizing interest rates to shortening the length of loan to a specific time as well as managing the monthly payment amount.  As a result we reviewed several alternatives that he presented to us before making a final decision.
The support personnel as well as our banker were very thorough when communicating with us.  The actual closing was completed as scheduled without an ounce of pain or anguish.
I have recommended Quicken Loans to several of my friends and clients.
