I purchased three Easter baskets from PersonalizationMall.com and was disappointed when they arrived. The wicker was splitting and had sharp edges sticking out in several spots on the baskets. After calling to see if I could return them, I was told that I would be able to, and would receive a refund for the $ I paid as well as the $ I spent to return them. When the refund came through, it was not for the full amount. They decided not to refund the original shipping cost or the shipping cost to return the items. After calling customer service, I was told that the products were not defective, and there were not sharp edges sticking out from the products. (Apparently I was seeing things???) I was also told that if I did not like wicker baskets, that perhaps I should have purchased plastic baskets for my children (aged 4, 2 1/2 and 9 months). I am extremely disappointed in what seemed like a really nice company to get really nice personalized gifts from. The customer service rep and her supervisor were horribly rude to me. You would think that the $25 more they owed me would be worth it to keep a very loyal customer who was actually about to order some more gifts tonight, believe it or not.
