I was searching for a good rate to refinance our mortgage.  Quicken loans responded in a very timely manner.  I was very happy with the service, rate and process that we went through for tThis loan.
THis was so easy!  I loved the fact that I could do most everything I needed to do right on the computer.  Any documents that were needed were emailed to me and I faxed them over.  I appreciated the fact that I didn't have to spend much time on the phone because our lives are very busy and I don't like the phone much.  The closing was very easy as well.  The closer came right to our place of business and conducted the closing.  She was very professional and knowledgeable. 

Throughout the whole process whenever I did have questions the staff was very efficient and responded to my questions quickly. I felt that they were very effective in dealing with my needs.

I liked the fact that the originator was very professional and put me in a product that would best suit what I was looking for.  He found a product for me that would allow me to cut my rate and cut my term on my mortgage.
