Overall I like Alldirect. They have some of the lowest prices I have found online on movies and books. I have compared prices with Amazon and found that Alldirect's prices almost always beat Amazon, and Alldirect's shipping prices are much more reasonable.
But forget about getting any info on Alldirect's site on products. If you know exactly what you are looking for it is great. Another problem I have with Alldirect is that their search is the worst! For example, I was looking to buy the Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs DVD. I search on Alldirect under the heading movie title and entered exactly what I typed above. No matches. I emailed customer service, which by the way is excellent, and they told me I had to type it in this way: Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs. I did this way and found it.
Excellent price for that DVD by the way. I shop often at Alldirect and have never had a problem with them. The items always come well packaged and on time. One order I placed with them right before Christmas, I wound up saving $80.00 over what I would have paid with Amazon including shipping and received it within a week. Unlike Amazon, when Alldirect says they have an item in stock, they really have it. I recommend this site if you buy new books and movies.
