Rude, ignorant, and/or delusional? Not sure which, but can't recommend.

Have been purchasing the same item (foam ear plugs) from Ear Plug Store for many many years w/o problems. I've even recommended them and their ear plugs to countless others. But when I reordered this time around their customer service manager (name deleted to protect the guilty) emailed me and canceled my order and refused to sell to me, claiming the item I ordered had been returned last time I ordered it (not true by the way) and she wanted to save me the restocking fee when I returned it again (wrongfully assuming I would return it). I sent her proof she was wrong and asked her to double check her records. She ignored my emails. Very rude. So I emailed again and again, Still no reply. It wasn't until I cc'd several people in the company to get someone's attention that the president of the company (name deleted to protect the guilty) finally replied to me and claimed the reason they will not sell to me is because I wrote a review (apparently favorable) but they did not like the wording of the review. I do not recall writing the review, and they will not send me a link so I can see if it was in fact me. AND the president of the company (name deleted to protect the guilty) also claims I have returned 100% of all items I've ever ordered over the years. This is an out right lie and so silly it makes my head spin! They are so wrong it's astounding and mind blowing! They will not double check their records or reply to my inquiries beyond telling me the lies I explained above and telling me they will not sell to me or honor anything I order. I'm not sure if someone in the company mixed my records up with another customer or if they simply have rude, ignorant, incompetent and/or delusional people (first used "mentally ill" but that's not PC so I changed it) running the company and working for them, but my conclusion is that there is something very wrong going on with this company and there is something very wrong with the people that run the company and work there, so I cannot recommend buying from them any longer.
