Horrible customer service! I ordered a scale that was broken. It is one that is supposed to measure body fat and the readings were really low so I knew somethign was wrong. By the time I got my body fat measured professionally the 30 day return time lapsed (about 40 days) I called and the person I spoke to didn't even listen to me she kept cutting me off and asking me questions that are in the directions - like was I weighing myself at the same time everyday. Seriously EACH time I tried to answer or explain she cut me off. I only wanted to return it for a model that worked and at one point she was like I told you we can't refund your money. So I responded I never wanted a refund just a product that works. OHHH she said - I didn't hear that - yeah cause she didn't listen at all. Then she tells me I have to call the corporation (tanita) I understand this is their return policy but most stores if they sellyou a broken product will do you the courtesy of replacing it. I was not able to speak to the manager at all and she said she would tell him my story and see if he wanted to call me- seriously???? really I would stear clear of this place - unless you want a broken product and a bad bad attitude from the "customer service"
