I purchased ink for my Lexmark impact S305 on January 24th. I followed the troubleshooting tips and my printer still gave the error ?unable to authenticate ink cartridge?. I tried both Black cartridges and received the same error message for each. I called tel:407-805-3115 and was given a 20 minute wait time. After an e-mail and phone call they told me the specific requirements for the return. After several e-mails here is the response. March 14th- I apologize fotr the delay in receiving your refund. I will forward it to management so it can be processed. It will take up to 7 business days for it to be completed. March 22nd- I filed a dispute with my credit card company! April 1- We apologize for the delay. We have changed bank merchants and are unable to apply a refund back to your credit card however, you will be receiving a refund in the form of a check. We will email you the check number and date it is being mailed out once we receive this information. May 9th- Still no refund or response, Yeah it's only $48 but I followed the required return instructions, returned the unused ink and they have failed to return my payment. I will not use nor recommend this company to anyone!
