I have shopped with Phillip's 1-800-florals online store several times and have never been disappointed. They deliver on their promise.
This last Mother's Day they proved themselves to be exceptional.
I placed an order for flowers to be sent to my mother while I was travelling. There was a problem with my order and they needed my input. They were unable to reach me, but rather than not send flowers to my mother for Mother's Day, they made a decision on the issue, picked a beautiful bouquet, and delivered it to my mother on time. Outstanding !!!
