I explained above why I prob. won't order again. I ordered an unfinished wooden box. It arrived both times damaged. I can't trust that they would pack the camera right. I told them in an E-Mail that I wonderr if those Wooden craft boxes are seconds or irregulars. The first one arrived, as I said above, with a big crack on the bottom, a gouge out of the top. It also didn't shut right. I make home made decoupage jewelry boxes. It is unacceptable to me to have boxes that are cracked and gouged. Whether it occurred in transit or were bad , I don't know. I think it might be a little of both. I could be a potential customer for a camera. Each order should be taken seriously. I don't believe mine was. It's lioke they are just THROWN into the boxes. I can't say, just my opinion. I don't thimk I could trust you if I ever decided to get a camera. Thanks, Peggy Cassidy pjcass84@charter.net
What product did you purchase or try to purchase? It wasn't a camera. It was a craft item, an unfinished wooden box. It arrived TWICE damaged. The first had very little to no packing, had a big crack along the bottom, a gouge out of the top. I called, reorderded. It also arrived DAMAGED with a crack along the bottom. I wrote them and told them that I'm not sure I would want to order a camera. If I can't get a $12.00 order in good shape, I'b be real leery ordering a bigger item.
