Great for US customers, no so for canadian

This is a great online store where prices are great and return policy is awesome.
On the downside, if you are a canadian customer, it can be confusing. STP has a canadian site, but this is purely marketing as everything is still shipped from the US and you endup paying some big duty fees on top of shipping which transforms the attractive price into a less attactive one. Also, STP offers only UPS for shipping to Canada (to my knowledge) which is the wrong approach as UPS rips canadians one way or another (brokerage fees and/or duty and taxes (GST and PST) that are never billed by USPS/Canada post(Canada Post only bills GST/PST))
If you need to send back the product for exchange, the price now simply becomes unattractive (not the case in the US as shipping cost are way more competitive)
In summary, if you are a Canadian Customer, just do not only look at the price tag. I wish STP would offer a real canadian retail service (I would be a regular customer) or at least they should use the Jenson USA model where the price shown is the price shipped to you door.
Still, i think it is a great web store if you are a US customer.
