I spent the ENTIRE day yesterday SCRUBBING this film off of my wood floors.  There is no easy way to remove this awful residue from your floors.  When first applied, it did look nice but soon after it started to dull my floors, leave foot prints, marks and a white milky film.  My cleaning ladies decided to try to steam the floors, that is when we figured out what the problem was.  We soon discovered there was no easy way to remove this film...it was going to be a painstaking process. I couldn't ask them to get on their hands and knees and scrub the floor when I was the one the supplied the crappy product for them to use.  So I spent the day on my hands and knees scrubbing my living room, I still have my dining room to do...and trust me you can see the difference!! 
I called the 800 number on the back of the bottle to request a refund for the three bottles of cleaner I had under my counter.  The representative first told me that they could only refund me for two bottles, so I asked if I needed to make a different call for the third bottle?  She said as a courtesy she would process the refund for all three bottle; the LEAST they could do in my opinion.  I asked if she knew why it was leaving a residue?   Of course she said no, it isn't supposed to do that and would forward my comments.  Also, I asked if they had any suggestions for removing the product?  At first she skirted the question and finally said there was an ammonia solution on the back of the bottle to remove it, then quickly ended the conversation.
I should have done much more research and less infomercial watching before purchasing this product!!
