My wife and I decided to order from Furniture Buzz because it was the cheapest place to order the daybed we wanted on the web. Once I ordered the daybed, i did not hear anything from Furniture Buzz except for the intial email stating that it will be shipped directly from the distribution center. I decided to investigate where my order was. Even though the initial promise was overnight shipping (which i thought sounded fishy), i didnt realize that the item may not ship for 21 days. At day 21, i decded to give them a call since i had not heard anything (not even an email). When i called, "all customer service agents were assisting other customers" for at least 10 minutes. By the time i called them, i had read all the reviews online and i was feeling nervous. The customer service rep said that he would have to call the manufacturer and let me know what the status was. He said he would email me within 24 hours..... 24 hours later, no email. I called him back. The same guy answered. I'd say he is the only customer service rep. I told him that i wanted to cancel my order. At that point, Furniture Buzz had had my $523 for almost a month. He said that he would turn in my request to accounting for processing. I asked how long it would be before i had my refund. He said that would be up to accounting. The next day i had an email in my inbox from the same guy stating that he was unable to process my refund since the manufacturing plant had expedited my order and it was already in transit.... I expected that this was just another delay tactic. In the end I did get my furniture and it was exactly what i had ordered (and in good shape). Overall, this was a frustrating experience and i would not recommend using this company, but if you want to save some $ and risk it, enter at your own risk. In the end I saved about $200, but it was not worth the hassle and my worry.
