Dissapointing, fustrating!

I was shopping for a portable DVD player and found one online at K-Mart on sale, upon checkout no sale price came up. I contacted customer service via phone and talked to Erica my personal shopper and explained my problem, she said she reported the problem and I should try back in two hours and it would be fixed, I asked if the sale price was not available what should I do she said "call back and you should get the sale price". No suprise when I checked back later no sale price so I called again after explaining my situation to another customer service rep I was disconnected so I called back again and talked to my third personal shopper Leo and was told the sale price was a "web error" and the item was not on sale now. In my experience when a store posts a sale price incorrectly they honor it then correct the price it's just the cost of doing business, this really felt like a bait and switch. The cost of doing business this time is one less customer I hope they can afford it I won't be shopping at Kmart until their policies are updated. Cheryl Beggs
