Items defective and missing parts

I usually don't write reviews but I can tell you this company deserves one. I purchased four Moen products from them and three of them were either defective or missing parts in the box. A tub faucet was missing the escutcheon ring, a valve was missing a gasket that is required and built into the unit and a tub spout was missing an escutcheon ring also. When I contacted customer service they told me nothing they could do and I would have to contact Moen myself. I wouldn't ever consider buying something from them again. The odds of this happening tells me something is off about what they are selling. When I contacted customer service I was told someone would get back to me within twenty four hours, it took over a week before I got a response. Of course they did also say I could return the product which is already installed and the plumber paid. One bad product I could understand as "it happens", but three tells me bad company.
