I started purchasing my contacts online through Vision Direct almost a year ago, and I have been totally satisfied with their service. Not a single complaint; and I think that says something for the company.
The web site is easy to use and logically laid out. It has a decent speed, and I have not experienced any slow downs. Vision Direct has a secure web site, and I have not had any problems with my credit card being compromised after purchasing contact lenses from their site.
The selection is good, and I had no difficulty in locating the contacts that I wear. Another nice feature is that the site remembers your profile, so when you return to purchase additional lenses it will auto-load your previous purchase. If your prescription changes you will need to make the necessary changes, but for standard refills it is very convenient to not have to search the site every time.
I am also very pleased with the fact that Vision Direct sends reminder emails when it is getting close to the time to re-order. If you have ever worn disposable contacts, you will know the sinking feeling that comes when you go to change your contacts and realize you are on your last pack of lenses. Having previously experienced opening a brand new lens and finding it to be damaged, I am always leery of getting down to my last set of contacts and having disaster strike.
Every contact lens I have purchased from Vision Direct has arrived in excellent condition, and I have never experienced a problem with a damaged lens purchased through them.
I highly recommend Vision Direct for purchasing contacts online. The contacts arrive in a very timely fashion; each of my orders has arrived within three days. As I said above, I am completely satisfied with their service. And the prices are very reasonable; much cheaper than I used to pay through my eye doctor. Excellent service and reasonable price; both factors that are very important to me when purchasing any item.
I will never go back to purchasing my contacts at a real-life store. With Vision Direct I get fast, reliable service and I don't have to deal with traffic on the way to get my lenses. Shipping costs are quite reasonable, another plus in my book. Give them a try!
