Most terrible company I have ever seen in my entire life. They are scam. Please be aware and don't order any item from their site even for free. Okay, here is my story.
I ordered a book from one of the sellers on valore books for my college. Only reason I didn't just go to the local store and bought one is because I am struggling and I didn't have enough money. I paid extra for faster shipping; however, the book took about 9 business days to arrive. My classes started 3 days before that which is fine. I receieved the book, but not the book I ordered. Different ISBN, different cover, different edition, different chapters, ...etc. I contacted the seller and asked for an explanation. She said that this is an international edition of the same book and it is the same thing. I said no it's a different book and provided proofs of that, but she won't listen. I contacted the customer service on valore books and they were horrible. They stood by the seller's side even though the book was misrepresented on their site. I told them about having a different ISBN on the listing, but they told me that they can't help me. I was asked to return the book and be charged plus shipping cost (their return policy says 15% is the maximum alloed fee). I filed a fraud charge dispute with my bank to get my money back (hopefully). Will never use their site again even if they were giving their books away.
