I did business with Smartbomb for several years and was very satisfied. The two experiences I had this year were very very unsatisfactory. The selection is not as large as it was. Several items I have ordered in the past were not available.
The Web site was changed. The web site now is very difficult to navigate and confusing. I spent much longer attempting to locate products ordered before. Several products I did find were difficult to locate. In the past I was able to use all previous orders for re-order purposes. Now I could only use the most recent past order for re-order selection.
I found a site that is easy to navigate and has comparable prices. See you later Smartbomb.
