Ordered a canvas bag with a custom picture for a gift. Picture was ruined with strings from the canvas bags stitching. Little white circles all through the pciture where the stitching strings laid accross the bag. Called customer service for a replacement. CSR gave me the distinct impression I was interupting her nap! After a detailed explanation of the problem she finally decided that a replacement bag was in order. I explained to her that this was a gift and I needed it right away. She agreed to Express Shipping which would get the bag to me in two days. I called CafePress today to check on my order as I could not see it online. I was told the replacement bag was enroute and would be in my hands in 10 days! They shipped it USPS, not Express. I explained AGAIN that the bag was ordered as a gift and I needed it in two days! Asked for a supervisor and requested overnight shipping. They don't ship overnight. Make an exception people, this is your mistake not mine! So, Express shipping should get it here in two days. Let's see if they actually follow through this time. I will not be using CafePress in the future. Terrible customer service and no check system to be sure orders are printed correctly or shipped correctly.
