Book directly with the cruise line. These people earn commission so the more they charge, the more they make. I was dealing with a good rep, but they have a high turnover thus my next call was sent to a used car salesman type..Vacations to go...needs to GO AWAY...
They are not reputable. Nor are they better rates than anyone else.
