This company was great to work with. As painful as it is getting a mortgage these days, Americash made it a little easier. I had a wonderful loan officer. He was very professional and was always available to talk thorughout the process. I like to email so that is how I did a lot of my communication with the loan officer. Plus it is much easier to document the transaction and go back to my emails if there are any discrepancies. He was always very quick to get back to me. Originally I was working with another company, but when the rate suddenly changed from the goof faith estimate I began looking elsewhere. I found Americash Mortgage and started the process again. I told them what I had been originally quoted and they were able to match it. The fees seemed pretty normal as well. At first I was a little skeptical becasue of my previous experience, but when it came time to sign the loan documents, everything was good. I am very surprised to see all of these negative reviews on here... I would highly reccommend this company, but make sure you get a good loan officer with a lot of expereince.
