Not all mortgage companies were created equal! I didn't realize this untill working with Americash. I have had so many bad experiences with mortgage companies and I almost lost all faith in their abillities to be honest. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. I applied online through lending tree like I have always done in the past. I was conacted by several copmanies all offering similar rates. Now the hard part was just figuring out which company I could trust. After speaking with all of them it was clear what sort of companies they were. Some were really pushy and I just don't really like being talked into something. I have been around the block and I just need an honest person who can just get the job done quickly and right the first time. It was clear that I was tlking to someone at Americash who knew what they were doing. A few of the other companies just had me talk to a initiall screener who obviously didn't know what they were doing and then they would pass me off to another person. So anyways I began the process with Americash. We went through the application process and I got in all of my income paperwork and other documents. The loan officer was great and was availble to communicate by phone or email. Sometimes it is nice to just shoot off an email and get a quick and straightforward response back. The rate never changed throughout the process. My credit is good and that made things a little easier I think. The whole thing took about a month and their were no issues or discrepencies the whole way through. We signed the loan documents and I got the check really fast. I would highly recommend giving this company a try. Searching around online to find the best deal just isn't productive at all. Take it from somebody who has a lot of experience doing this in the past. A+ / Five Star in my book.
