The online store was great to browse through. Customizing my order was easy, very informative and lots of notes to help make decisions on every detail. There was also detailed information to take the guess work out of measurements. So many options to customize your order. I loved the fact that the site saved my customizations.
First I ordered swatches (which are free) and they came within days. The swatches are well labeled and a decent size.
I hesitated on my final purchase after reading past reviews. But I weighed the pros and cons, and this was the only place that I have found that offered exactly what I wanted without having to settle for anything I didn't want (type of chain/cord, color of chain/cord, color or type of fabric, etc).
I've been looking for custom roller shades for a pair of very hard to fit French doors. So, I finally placed my order.
The roller shades arrived earlier than I expected and wrapped well. They were the exact size, everything was there that I needed, all the instructions were very clear. I put them up tonight (they arrived today), they look fantastic and work perfectly.
I love the quality and the details. I am very happy with my purchase and the entire experience.
