A pleasant quick contact when data was input on-line.  After a $590 rate lock fee the attractive first offer was denied to me, and a more expensive contract offered.. A GFE on the second loan arrived on the last day of the ratelock.. predated to meet the legal 3 day minimum. After a review of state and HUD lending laws I declined their offer. I was refunded 200 of the "not an appraisal fee" ratelock.. hmm.  Watch out people, bait and switch appears to be how they tried to handle me.
