Online coupon a hassle

When ordering online with a coupon, it is often frustating. You click on a coupon with the coupon price showing but your cart shows the regular price instead of the coupon price. You have to add the coupon # which you can't copy and paste because of the format. Then if the coupon says a limit of 3 and you order three, they always only give you the coupon price on one and the regular price on the other two. You have to call the 800 # to get the coupon price on all three. It can be a long painful endeavor so there have been several times that I have just not made the order. This has been going on since they made so many changes last year and still they have these problems. When I contact Customer Service they just say sorry we will try to correct the problem. Other than that you mostly get fairly good products for the price. You get your order in good time and ordering by phone is easy and fast.
