I've been a member of BMG's music club since 99, and still love it. Occasionally they send me the stupid featured selection thing and i have to return it, and the junk mail is a bit annoying, however if you take them seriously it is a very good deal. This is rating the "Online store" so i dont know if that is different than the club- but i do all of my account stuff online and their new website is great. Really easy to use and their customer service is fast and responsive. Nobody is perfect but the initial deal is a good one and the monthly offers are usually very good too. The average price i pay for a cd with the offers are 7 or 8 bucks with shipping included, they aren't free but its a great discount from the music store! pretty good selection too.. Definitely worth your time (Note: in my review, I put on-time delivery as Late, this is because i think that 10 days to ship a cd is kind of pushing it, but they do tell you ahead of time it takes a while for processing and such.. just clearing it up)
