Sleezebay aids & abets unscrupolous Sleezebayers for sake of profit!

Sleezebay has created an environment whereby unscrupulous people prey on innocent Sleezebayers with little or no repercussion. I sold an item to a buyer who then had buyer's remorse, refused delivery of the package, then filed a claim with Sleezebay, claiming items were misrepresented! He refused the package and never accepted the package, let alone opened it. Sleezebay refunded his money out of my frozen Paypal account and he then left me negative feedback, adding insult to injury. The buyer had 1200 feedback, I only had 100. Sleezebay sided with buyer, despite overwelming evidence of the refused package! How much more obvious could it be? You can't refuse delivery and then somehow examine the contents of a package thru telepathy. Hello Sleezebay!!!! They did this because the buyer made them more money. There can be no other reason.
I might also add that all attempts to have Sleezebay remove my one negative feedback fell on death ears. Their own policy states that buyers who refuse packages cannot then file a claim and they cannot then leave feedback (since they weren't really a buyer). Sleezebay obviously does a cost benefit analysis before enforcing their own policies (buyer feedback 1200, seller 100).
This is one example where even though you think you've done everything right, you can still get screwed (with Sleezebay acting as an accomplace). The ironic thing here is that I have a policy of a 'no questions asked full refund.'
