Smartbomb used to be helpful and accessible and fairly quick. Now they have moved to the "big city" and apparently been swallowed up by Mother Nature.com so their service and availability now really stink. You cannot reach anyone by phone. Placing an order is easy....items state "in stock" and "available for next day shipping" but two weeks later still no order. And nothing other than recordings that hang up on you. Email responses are unsatisfactorily slow.
