Sears.com shopping service is one of the WORST shopping experience. DO NOT BUY (see below for reasons)
1) sears.com is not SEARS. The website is a separate entity from your local store and therefore the website inventory and store inventory are not the same. In 3 different instances, I ordered and received confirmation for my order. Upon arrival in the local store, they did not have the merchandise and told me to contact sears.com customer service. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM SEARS.COM
2) Customer Service is HORRIBLE. They are aware of the issue and try to play musical phone by transferring you to multiple departments before you are ACCIDENTLY disconnected. Waste of 45min to an hour each time.
3) Here's the kicker. Receiving credit back for purchases that were made online but not available locally takes 2-3 additional calls and about 8 weeks or more to receive credit. Meanwhile they've had your money tied up for 3-4 months.
4) Writing to their customer service department is equally a waste of time and energy. You initially get no responses and then maybe a 'Sorry for the inconvenience letter'. For those who want to try here are the email addressess

Hopefully this saves others the headaches I've endured and I encourage everyone to take your shopping dollars elsewhere. If you want excellent prices, great customer service - try amazon.com or walmart.com
