Avoid K-mart for action figures, Toy order filled at random?

Hi,I have to warn people away from this site, the ineptness of the customer service is next level Bad. How are they not reported daily to the BBB or even still be in Business?
I ordered the new Thor and Captain America Figures from their website, Collectors and parents all over the web were posting that K-mart.com has the new Figures everybody was looking for online!!! Many of us ordered...ALL of us 100% of everybody on the toy forums got the wrong orders. 100% of everybody who ordered, nobody got what they paid for. Just a bunch of random figures shoved in a box. many times doubles of the same figures in the box.Ordered 6 figures:A Crossbones (a villain character) from Capt. America toy line and 5 of the newer figures from the Thor toy line.
Got a Random Captain America and 4 Thors... 2 of which was the same exact Thor for the older toy line and 2 other toys.. 5 figures not even 6, none of the were correct or from the correct toy wave of the line and two of the boxes were crushed.Really?? that is what passes for filling a order?
the customer service to return something isn't much better, had one person I spoke to accidentally drop the call and had to start over again. they are a head ache to deal with and take forever to return your money.
Avoid,
Mine was one of over 50 collectors/parents stories on the collector boards.
What's worse is instead of fixing their website, they still have these toys they clearly do not have as "In stock" and ready to order and added more of the Hard to find figures they obviously do not have.
Is this even legal?
