I ordered a matched front loader washer and dryer for 500 dollars less than I could find them locally on Saturday, June 25. I actually read the website and therefore knew that both items were "get it fast" items so they would ship promptly. The e-mail I received the following monday confirming my order was accurate and simple to understand. The following day my order was being loaded to ship from Michigan. I called the shipper monday morning to schedule the delivery appointment and was ready when the driver showed up that tuesday, seven business days from when I placed my order. Having read the e-mailed receipt I knew full well to inspect my machines before signing the delivery receipt and indeed found one small dent on the side of my washer and two smaller ones on the side of the dryer. The driver made the note and went on his way. I promptly called the customer service number and was asked to e-mail photos of the damage for a cash allowance to keep them, otherwise I could box them back up and a new set would be delivered. I took the photos and sent them along knowing I could still refuse the offer and get another set of machines. 110 returned dollars later I have two awesome and fully functional machines, with dents that you can't see because they're on the corresponding sides that sit next to each other. This was a GREAT purchase and a fine company to deal with. Anyone who feels like they got burned because of the return and damage policies is neglecting to tell you that they were to lazy to read the website and clear e-mails from the company. Will buy from again
