I placed an order for a camera and a bluetooth. I checked online to find the status of my order. There was no tracking info so I emailed. A response told me that the merchandise was out of stock and therefore the order was cancelled. My orders fro the items were separate orders but both were cancelled. The Bluetooth was back ordered but the cameras was in stock. Since both orders were cancelled i reordered the camera. Today I received the Bluetooth and found out that ecost had reordered the Bluetooth and recharged my account. I still have not received the camera. Ecost's customer service stinks and i have removed them from my list of acceptable vendors. Their e mails go to junk mail were they belong.
