Quality of Tech Support:
Pros:Very Fast(Intell 4), DVD&CD Burner Combo, Huge Memory, Great for Games, upgradable
Cons:Came with windows XP (glitches), too fast for a 56k connection
The Bottom Line: A great price and a great computer for about $1500. With so many options for work and fun. Once your done with your work kick back and watch a movie.
I bought this computer about 3 months ago and have loved it ever since. I customized it on the dell4me.com website and got the best stuff I could get for about $1500.
I decided to get the 1.6 GHz Intel Pentium 4, 256MB RAM, DVD/CD-R Combo Drive, Turtle beach Sound Card, 64 MB NViDEA w/t.v output video card, 40 GB Hard Drive, Harmon Kardon Sat. speakers and subwoofer and 19" monitor.
The Hard Drive is Upgradable to 120 GB, 512 MB RAM upgrade so this computer has a lot of room for improvement. This computer is great for multi-tasking and internet. The computer is fast enough for the latest computer games and highest resolution videos. The DVD is great for watching movies with the 19" monitor and the Surround sound. The 40 GB Hard drive allows for storage of huge audio and video files. I download music and burn the CD's which is great because the quality is amazing and if you don't like the artist your not out any money. This computer was really worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone. Dell installs all the software so that all you have to do is to hook up the computer and your ready to go.
