My experience with valore books was deplorable

I ordered my book three weeks before quarter began, I received it two weeks after my classes began. After receiving the book, it was only used just once for one assignment. I put book back in package that was it was sent to me in placed it in the back seat of my car. There it set for two and half months. When I returned the book I neatly wrapped the book in paper then placed it in the package that it was sent to me in I wrapped in it packing tape to ensure that it was not damage in delivery. But once it arrive to there location according to them it had water damage & water stain. The book had been in my car in there packaging "plastic" It was not water damage it looked the same way it came to me NEW. So they charged me a total of 17.?? for rental then 35.02 for so called water damage. If you need a book do not rent from them they are HORRIBLE..Deceitful.. I suggest Bookrenter.com...I know why did I rent from valore if bookrenter is so great. I was short on money...the price was cheaper at the time but in the end it was not worth it....
