I'm curious because Kitchen offers the range with and without convection. I'm happy to hear of your positive comparison w/ the high end ranges. Dacor is the ultimate though, so I'm not surprised that your oven doesn't perform as well as the Dacor.
I'd love to hear more details from you about cleaning, etc. As someone who is considering this range for my home, I really appreciate the details you have provided, plus any others you would add to this review.
