Very poor shipping and cancellation with Walmart.com

Ease of Ordering:
I ordered this beanbag on the 19th of June and was told that it would arrive to my home within a week. After the beanbag chair did not arrive, I contacted Walmart and was not able to receive any further shipping information. A day later, I was sent an automated email from Walmart stating that my package would arrive in another week. Since this was beyond the date that I originally needed the chair, I called Walmart to cancel my order. Customer service cancelled my order on June 30th. I went to another store and purchased a beanbag. Then at 10:00pm on July 5th I get an automated email from Walmart stating that my package has shipped and my credit card has been charged. When I called customer service this morning (July 6th) to find out why my "cancelled" order had been shipped--I was informed that my "intent to cancel" was noted in the computer, but that for some reason it had not been relayed to the distributor in time. Thus I have been charged and will have a beanbag chair showing up to my house tomorrow that I do not want. I have never ordered anything from Walmart.com and will not ever do so in the future. I am very dissapointed that such a large retail company is unable to deal effectively with their shipping/orders/cancellations.
